1. General Terms of Use

By accessing this website or using any services from Lady Liberty Gunsmithing LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To purchase, transfer, or possess firearms, ammunition, or related items, you must comply with:

New Jersey Firearms Laws (NJSA 2C:39 & 2C:58)
Federal Gun Control Act (18 U.S.C. § 921–931)
ATF Regulations
Provide valid NJ Firearms Purchaser Identification (FPID) or Handgun Purchase Permit if required
Be legally allowed to own/possess firearms

False statements or attempts to circumvent firearm laws will be reported to law enforcement.

3. Firearm Transfers & FFL Requirements

All firearm sales, transfers, and shipments must follow federal and NJ law.

3.1 In-Store Transfers (FFL to Customer)

Customers must:

Provide valid government-issued ID
Complete NJSP Form 212A where required
Complete all ATF and NJ background checks
Comply with NJ mandatory waiting periods
Meet all eligibility requirements

Firearms will not be transferred until all approvals are received.

3.2 Outbound Transfers (FFL to Another FFL)

Lady Liberty Gunsmithing LLC may ship firearms ONLY to another FFL after:

Receiving a verified copy of the receiving FFL’s license
Confirming firearm eligibility under NJ and federal law
Completing all required ATF documentation

No firearms will be shipped directly to private individuals.

4. Ammunition Purchases

New Jersey requires:

Valid NJ firearms ID card for ammunition purchases
Age verification
Digital or written recordkeeping
Compliance with NJ’s restricted ammunition categories

We reserve the right to refuse ammunition sales to anyone who cannot meet legal requirements.

5. Gunsmithing Services

All gunsmithing work complies with ATF and NJ regulations.

Customers must:

Be the lawful owner of the firearm being serviced
Complete required intake forms
Retrieve firearms in compliance with all laws

Unclaimed firearms may be processed according to NJ abandoned property law.

We reserve the right to refuse service on any firearm for safety or legal concerns.

6. NJ CCW / HQC2 Training Requirements

By enrolling in training, you acknowledge:

NJ law requires strict qualification standards (HQC2)
Passing a course does NOT guarantee state approval of a concealed carry permit
Lady Liberty Gunsmithing LLC provides training only, not legal certification
Students must meet all NJSP requirements independently

We do not provide legal advice regarding CCW applications.

7. Payment Terms

We accept:

Cash
Checks

Additional payment terms may be added depending on service category.

Returned checks may incur fees as permitted under NJ law.

8. All Sales Are Final

Due to federal and NJ firearm laws:

Firearms cannot be returned
Ammunition cannot be returned
Gunsmithing and labor services are non-refundable
All sales are final

This policy complies with ATF guidance and NJ statutes prohibiting post-transfer returns.

9. Training Refunds

Because training involves scheduling, instructor time, and certification processes:

9.1 No Refund Policy

All training sales are final.

9.2 Rescheduling

Students may reschedule one time, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

9.3 No-Shows

Failure to attend results in forfeiture of fees.

9.4 Disqualification

Students removed from class for:

Unsafe behavior
Violating range rules
Being under the influence
Not meeting NJ legal requirements

Will NOT receive refunds.

10. Compliance With Firearms Laws

You agree that:

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws
Lady Liberty Gunsmithing LLC may refuse service if compliance is uncertain
Attempts to bypass firearm laws will be reported

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Lady Liberty Gunsmithing LLC is not liable for improper firearm use
We are not responsible for legal outcomes of CCW applications
We disclaim liability for misuse, modifications, or unlawful possession

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on this site are property of Lady Liberty Gunsmithing LLC.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.
