Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Rescheduling: Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment one (1) time only, provided a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations: All cancellations, regardless of notice, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Failure to Provide Notice / No-Show: Failure to appear for the scheduled appointment, or failure to provide at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice when requesting a reschedule, will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Subsequent Reschedules: No further rescheduling beyond the permitted one (1) reschedule is allowed. Any additional changes will require a new appointment and a new deposit.
